Sheehy Auto Stores is looking to hire a BDC Associate who will also act as a rental coordinator. As a BDC Associate, you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with customer inquiries received via the Internet, phone, and visits to the dealership. As a rental coordinator, you will be assisting with issuing vehicles to customers and maintaining our rental fleet database. Outstanding customer service, organization, and follow-through are required. We are looking for candidates with good people skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer service. - Follow up with customers and return voicemails and messages to answer customer questions
- Set appointments for customers
- Clearly and professionally document all customer feedback and information
- Issue rental vehicles to customers following all agreement requirements and maintaining the rental database
- Ability to professionally and positively interact with customers via phone and email
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of a department or business goal
- Must be able to read, write and type reports/correspondence.
- Customer service, sales, or telemarketing background helpful
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- A positive attitude, exceptional work ethic, and a willingness to learn
- Computer literacy, organization skills, follow-up skills, typing skills
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, MVR, and drug test
- Must have a valid driver's license
