We are looking for a Detail-Oriented Deal Poster to join our Accounting Team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately recording and managing financial transactions related to vehicle sales and purchases.
Your keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills will be essential in maintaining accurate accounting records.

- Track Contracts in Transit and Vehicle Receivables
- Review and correct schedules
- Post & Cost Deals accurately
- Verify Rebates & Dealer Cash
- Confirm Commissions
- Monitor Daily Deal Issues
- Process Vehicle Lien Payoffs, Customer Refunds & Referrals
- Handle Warranty Cancellations & Submissions
- Assist with Month-End Closing Activities
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Manage P ayables & Receivables transactions
