Sheehy Lexus of Richmond is seeking Internet Sales Consultants (Experienced) to join our high-performing team. Our internet sales team is responsible for monitoring, managing, and following up with the majority of the leads that come into our dealership received via Internet and phone. Selling with our internet team offers an opportunity to connect with numerous customers every month across various channels. Exceptional customer service, strong organizational skills, and follow-through are a must! Team members are expected to handle each lead individually, providing outstanding customer service from lead conception to final delivery. As a member of our internet team, you’ll use your excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills to qualify and prioritize each lead. The ideal candidate would have at least one year of proven experience in sales, communication and negotiation, and familiarity with CRM tools, and the ability to stay organized while building professional business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming internet, phone, and email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner.
- Respond and follow up with potential leads, return voicemails and messages in a timely fashion.
- Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration.
- Clearly and professionally document all customer feedback and information in CRM software.
- Stay informed about our inventory, new products, features, accessories that benefit customer’s needs.
- Set appointments for customers from the leads, based on goals and objectives defined by the General Sales Manager
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet.
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- In-House Position (NOT) Remote
- One Year of Sales Experience Preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to professionally and positively interact with customer via internet chat, phone and email
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Organizational, Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask required
- Ambitious, goal-oriented mentality and eager to improve
- Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
- Authorized to work in the USA with a valid, non-suspended, clean driver’s license
- Ability to pass pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
