Compensation
- $24 - $28/hour
- $200 monthly company credit
Responsibilities
- Own the warehouse floor of the operation and serve as the primary point of contact for chefs and delivery drivers
- Lead and support a team responsible for efficiently sorting and organizing customer meal orders by route to ensure accurate and timely dispatch.
- Problem-solve on the spot – Quickly identify and address any hiccups, whether it’s inventory issues or delivery challenges.
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards by chefs and delivery partners
- Manage inventory of supplies at the warehouse
- Proactively escalate and communicate obstacles related to chefs, delivery drivers, or inventory, to operations leadership.
- Manage day to day scheduling and call outs for other employees and develop contingency plans for unexpected call-outs
Qualifications
- You’re a leader – You’ve managed teams or taken the lead in fast-paced warehouse environments
- You’re reliable & scrappy – You take ownership of tasks and solve problems before they escalate.
- You’re dependable – you demonstrate responsibility for implementing and maintaining high operational standards.
- You have a strong attention to detail – Operationally savvy with the ability to ensure smooth delivery processes and address issues proactively.
- You’re a strong communicator – You proactively update leadership, escalate issues, and ensure alignment to avoid surprises.
- Tech Proficiency – Comfortable using tools such as slack and google sheets with minimal guidance.
Preferred (not required)
- Background in hospitality management, customer service management, or retail management.
- Experience as a restaurant manager

Schedule:
M,T,W, Th & Sunday from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm, 32.5 hours a week with opportunities for additional hours up to 40.
