What are the responsibilities and job description for the Charge Nurse position at Sheffield Care Center?
Sheffield Care Center is a progressive care facility actively seeing an additions to their team as a Full Time Charge Nurse from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm. The duties include working closely with the interdisciplinary team to provide and manage the MDS schedule and assessments. Participate in Care Plan Meetings, and consistently works with the residents, families, and other team members.
Assures timely and accurate assessments of residents, needs, development, and the implementation of the individualized plans of care and evaluation.
Abilities: Knowledge related to nursing and long-term care. Ability to be flexible and work as a team player.
