Key Responsibilities :
- Process customer sales orders and invoices via EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and correspondence regarding deliveries, terms, order changes, service, and related matters.
- Manage the sales order process, including entry, pricing, and estimating.
- Handle invoicing and ensure accurate and timely sales order entry.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify opportunities, secure quotes, and convert them into orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including addressing concerns and collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including compounding, filling, purchasing, machine shop, and traffic management.
- Take on additional responsibilities and assignments in other areas / departments as needed and as directed by management.
