DUTIES
· Team player
Knowledge of FL Statute 718/720 required
· Ability to prepare for and facilitate/lead Board Meetings
· Assist with the preparation of annual budget
· Interact with vendors and property owners/tenants in a professional manner
· Outdoor field presence, inspections and violations
· Ability to supervise on-site maintenance personnel
· Ability to prepare professional reports, action plans, bid analysis, etc.
· Knowledge of various maintenance and restoration projects
- Send out Quarterly Statements and delinquency notices as necessary.
- Handle all resident issues within the guidelines of the various property policies. Ensure all owners are informed of key property events and ensure communications are timely.
- Process Sales and Rental applications, including a complete background check for all owners/tenants who apply
- Conduct Orientation for each perspective applicant.
- Perform any additional duty requested by the President of the BOD.
- Flexible on-site working hours
