As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial part in our firm's operations, requiring a blend of poise, professionalism, and outstanding communication skills both written and verbal. Attention to detail and meticulousness are paramount, as you will be entrusted with ensuring the thorough onboarding of new cases and providing unparalleled support to our clients.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Setting up case files and meticulously organizing documents
- Assisting clients with document retention and inquiries, including aiding in form completion
- Updating case lists and trackers with accuracy and timeliness
- Confirming completion of all tasks in a timely manner to maintain efficiency
The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of thoroughness. We are seeking an individual who will take ownership of their role and demonstrate a proactive approach to their responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred
