Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential support to individuals in their homes or assisted living facilities. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Help with meal preparation and cooking nutritious meals tailored to client preferences and dietary needs.
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a tidy living space.
- Assist clients with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring safe movement within the home or to appointments.
- Monitor clients' health status by observing changes in condition and reporting any concerns to healthcare professionals.
- Support clients with dementia care and memory care strategies to enhance their daily living experience.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in assisted living, nursing home settings, or caregiving is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus for effective communication with healthcare professionals.
- Ability to assist clients with various needs, including those requiring dementia care or memory care support.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
- Must be reliable, compassionate, and patient while providing care.
- Ability to perform light cooking and laundry tasks as part of daily responsibilities.
- Certification as a Home Health Aide or similar qualification is desirable but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
