Position Summary

We are looking for a Studio Producer (official title : Studio Producer I) to join our fast-growing team! The Producer I will partner with the Studio Manager and work collaboratively with the studio team to produce photoshoots.

Job Responsibilities

  • Liaise daily with modeling agencies
  • Book models and hair and makeup artists including negotiations of terms and rates
  • Build and maintain close relationships with modeling agencies and freelance artists
  • Partner with studio manager to ensure coverage during photoshoots (models, hair and makeup, etc.)
  • Send out call sheets and hair & makeup inspiration for all ecommerce and look book shoots
  • Approve hair and makeup
  • Review all PowerPoint decks from designers (China or?) and follow directives to recommend and book models
  • Create PowerPoint decks of model options for all our design teams
  • Review and approve invoices (partner with accounting team to troubleshoot any delayed payments)
  • Resolve any arising issues that could delay production
  • Daily cross functional communication with stylists, creative director, studio manager, designers for photoshoot needs related to scheduling, models, and hair and makeup directives
  • Set up in studio castings
  • Scout talent
  • Keep Excel documents updated with contact information (model and makeup artist rates / links / agent contact info)

Job Requirements

  • 3 years of experience
  • Experience with an agency or production company in e-commerce content production or high-volume commercial photography within the fashion
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative and effective communication skills
  • Eager to work in a fast-paced environment while simultaneously producing quality, cutting edge content

    • 24.47 / hour to $34.42 / hour
