Position Summary
As the Senior Seller Marketing Specialist (official title Senior Seller Marketing Specialist I) at SHEIN Marketplace, you will be instrumental in advancing our platform through a comprehensive range of marketing programs, tools, and collaborative partner activities across digital platforms (including social media, email, and websites) and physical mediums (such as promotional materials and events). Reporting to the Head of Seller Marketing & Partnerships, you will work closely with the marketing team and engage in cross-departmental collaboration within the larger Marketplace department. Additionally, you will coordinate with SHEIN’s corporate branding and communications teams to increase the visibility of Marketplace initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and leverage go-to-market (GTM) opportunities that boost lead generation, increase awareness, and elevate Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV).
- Help plan and execute strategic marketing initiatives with the marketing and partnerships team to increase awareness and drive new seller acquisitions for SHEIN Marketplace.
- Create and distribute thought leadership content, such as case studies, sell sheets, and videos to highlight the unique value proposition of SHEIN Marketplace.
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring and engaging sellers.
- Plan and execute lead generation efforts at industry trade shows and webinars.
- Utilize CRM tools to monitor, analyze, and report on lead volume, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness, and recommend strategic enhancements.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of targeted email campaigns to enhance seller engagement and promote additional services.
- Assist in developing campaign strategies, participate in creative review processes, and identify specific target audience segments.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure that new marketplace features and value-added services are effectively communicated to the seller community.

76,000.00 min – $92,000.00 max annually. Bonus offered.
