Position Summary
We’re seeking a full-time Director of Enterprise IT for our Los Angeles-based corporate office.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate the work of the Enterprise IT team in North America, set team goals and development plans, and ensure efficient collaboration and communication within the team
- Responsible for building the IT service system for North American offices and warehouses, ensuring high availability and quality of systems and networks, and providing stable technical support for business operations
- Continuously evaluate and optimize existing systems and equipment management processes, driving the improvement of IT maturity and maximizing resource utilization
- Lead the introduction and implementation of automation tools and processes to reduce manual operations and operating costs, improving overall work efficiency
- Develop and implement contingency plans and security strategies to prevent and respond swiftly to emergencies, ensuring business stability and compliance
- 5 years of experience in IT-related roles, with at least 3 years in managing IT teams, particularly in an international environment
- Proven experience in enterprise IT system setup and operations, including IT Service Management (ITSM), and system architecture design and implementation
- Successful experience in introducing automation tools or leading process optimization projects is a plus 4.Knowledge of high-availability system and network design, with in-depth understanding of network architecture, storage systems, and virtualization technologies
- Familiarity with common IT equipment, operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) 6.Understanding of network and information security strategies and practices, particularly those related to data privacy and regional compliance
- Capable of making swift decisions and devising effective solutions for complex issues 8.Demonstrated excellence in team leadership and personnel management, with the ability to inspire teams and drive performance improvement 9.Proficiency in cross-departmental and cross-cultural communication, maintaining effective cooperation with stakeholders
