Position Summary
We’re seeking a full-time Marketing Intern (official title: Intern) for our Los Angeles-based corporate office.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of brand events, pop-ups, and festival activations, including logistics coordination and vendor communication.
- Assist with on-site event setup, breakdown, and guest engagement, ensuring a high-quality brand experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts and help develop event materials, signage, and branded assets.
- Manage administrative tasks like tracking event timelines, budgets, and inventory of event supplies.
- Help gather content and data during and after events for recap reports, including photos, attendee feedback, and performance insights.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with diverse groups at events.
- Creative mindset with a passion for experiential marketing, pop-ups, and brand activations.
- Ability to lift and transport materials up to 50 lbs., and stand for extended periods during event setup and breakdown.
