They will focus on identifying, engaging, and maintaining key partnerships that support our marketing initiatives and enhance SHEIN's presence in campus communities.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential partners, including sororities, schools, and student organizations, that align with SHEIN’s campaign goals.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to build strong relationships with targeted partners.
- Create compelling marketing collateral to present to potential partners and enhance engagement.
- Lead communication efforts with partners, ensuring professionalism, clarity, and alignment with SHEIN’s brand image.
- Drive partnership signings and meet annual KPIs for acquiring partners across different categories.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in partnerships, outreach, marketing, or business development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and identify high-potential partnership opportunities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Familiarity with campus organizations, student networks, and event planning is a plus.
