Responsibilities
">- Ensure the availability of clean dishes, cookware, and flatware so your team may continue to deliver delicious meals to restaurant guests and visitors.
- Loading and unloading the dishwasher, storing clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately.
- Checking and clearing out the dishwasher for any food debris, and alerting management of any mechanical or performance issues.
- Removing garbage and helping to sanitize the entire kitchen at the end of each shift.
