Position Title: Floral Assistant

Supervisor: Inn Director

Employee Status: Seasonal; part-time

Location: In-person at 99 Inn Road, Shelburne, VT

Start/End Date, schedule: ASAP - October 30th, Tuesdays and Fridays 9AM - 5PM

Pay Range: $16 - $18/hour

What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

• Assist Floral Designer with weekly fresh flower arrangements for the Inn, public areas, guest rooms, and events.
• Receiving and conditioning flowers from the Farm Market Garden
• Maintaining fresh water for floral arrangements and a clean work environment
• Cover vacation schedule for Floral Designer

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Carrying and moving vases filled with flower arrangements up and down stairs.
• Carrying items weighing approx. 40 lbs.
• Working inside without air conditioning.
• Commitment to contribute to and maintain a tidy shared workspace.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
