This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact within a collaborative fundraising department. You'll work closely with colleagues to ensure accurate donor records and recognition, actively participating in fundraising initiatives and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of major donors and prospects, aiming for retention and pipeline development.
- Research major gift prospects and maintain regular communication through calls and emails.
- Conduct personal visits with major donors and prospects, scheduling 8-10 visits monthly for cultivation and stewardship, producing timely contact reports.
- Craft compelling solicitation letters, proposals, acknowledgments, reports, and other donor communications.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build donor relationships.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
