To learn more about our important work, check out these incredible stories of impact .Must Haves : Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience3 years successful experience in individual major fundraising, preferably in social service or related non-profit fieldExcellent verbal, written and presentation skillsExcellent interpersonal and networking skills; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholdersOur Donor Relations Director : Collaborates with other members of the development team, programs team, executive leadership, and board of directors, to strategically advance the major donor program in Southern and Eastern IdahoBuilds strong relationships with donors and prospective donors, advancing their involvement with our missionWorks with IYR program and finance staff to frame fundable projects within agency prioritiesCollaborates with the development team on all activitiesAs a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions.
