Managing Director, Managed Services
We are seeking a NetSuite Managed Services Director who will be a visionary leader responsible for driving the growth and success of our managed services practice. You will oversee the delivery of comprehensive NetSuite solutions to clients, leading a high-performing team of consultants, and forging strong client relationships. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and exceeding expectations while establishing our managed services as a market leader.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term strategies for the managed services practice, aligning with the overall business goals.
- Lead and manage a team of NetSuite consultants, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
- Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of client engagements, ensuring the successful delivery of managed services.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the managed services business.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability of managed services engagements.
- Establish clear performance metrics and hold the team accountable for achieving results.
- Develop and implement a streamlined onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for new clients.
