Compensation : $150,000.00 to $175,000.00 Yearly, plus annual bonus
Travel : Up to 50% travel expected

Position Summary :
The Marketing Director will lead comprehensive strategic marketing initiatives across marine, power, and defense segments at MSHS / Pacific Power Group. This pivotal role encompasses directing product management, channel management, business intelligence, branding, and communications with a focus on robust demand generation strategies to ensure substantial business growth. The director will operationalize specific KPIs to measure, analyze, and elevate performance across all marketing dimensions.
Key Responsibilities :
Product Management :
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive revenue growth through existing products and services portfolio.
- Work in partnership with engineering to define and launch new services offerings.
- Develop pricing strategies and EBITDA improvement programs through our quoting and CPY process.
- Regularly evaluate and optimize the product portfolio based on performance metrics and market demand.
