Details :

• Schedule 8-5 : 30 M-F (flexible with 4x10hr shifts). Last appointment ends at 4 : 40 PM.
• EMR : NextGen
• NO Call
• Each visit averages 30 minutes; Annual Wellness visits 1 hour; 12-15 patients a day; Complex patients seen 6-8 times a year.
• Patient Demographic : Mostly Seniors, some Pediatrics.
• Independent Primary Care Center not affiliated with the hospital.
• Uses Anthem PicassoMD for referrals.
• Partner with LabCorp.
• Urgent Care Center next door.

Requirements :
• MD / DO
• Clear / Active Medical License in the state of practice
• Active DEA license
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Clinical experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or ambulatory care setting
