To assist with all aspects of maintaining efficiency Online and In-Store, which include: timely shipments of online orders, preparing and processing Mod Shop merchandise orders, maintenance of merchandise to maintain an organized warehouse, inventory control, processing of inventory for the retail store, checking in of deliveries, transferring of product, etc.

Essential Job Functions
Shipping Online and In-Store Orders
- Timely & accurately processing of all orders including daily online orders, daily in-store orders needing to be shipped, and orders due to e-blasts and/or other social media advertisements.
To Include
- Checking in of merchandise (Receivers) from vendors, verifying stock levels to packing slips, and pulling needed merchandise from receivers for sales floor.
- Working inventory onto warehouse shelving by Sku # for easy pulling.
- Maintaining accurate Inventory stock levels as well as organization in warehouse.
- Prepping Merchandise for salesfloor as needed (ie: pre-tagging, folding, & hanging of merchandise).
- Upon receipt of product from vendors, compare quantities to packing list for accuracy. Any discrepancies will need a recount and second signature for verification purposes. Shipments without packing slips in boxes will require a copy of the purchase order for receiving purposes. All shipments must have paperwork and be counted— no exceptions. All original receivers will be submitted to Operations Manager daily.
- As merchandise arrives, timely & accurate placement, stocking and restocking of product on warehouse shelves. Overstock merchandise needs to be placed overhead in boxes that are manageable and not excessive in weight and size. Consistent organization as product arrives is paramount.

- Independence: Perform job duties independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience: Experience preferred. High School/G.E.D. Work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.
