- Leading design appointments with homeowners for personalized selections of interior and exterior finishes.
- Completing change orders through internal processes.
- Overseeing and owning relationships with external design representatives, such as coordinating communication with companies that supply samples for our Design Studio and home finishes.
- Communicating with the Sales Team and Construction Team on design changes, updates, and customer choices.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of floor plans, designs of cabinets, etc.
