About the Role
We are looking for a UX / UI Designer who thrives in a collaborative, agile environment. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design seamless user experiences for our software platforms. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, user research, and hands-on UI execution to create intuitive and scalable design solutions.
What You’ll Do
- User-Centered Design : Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Design System Contribution : Maintain and enhance our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across products
- Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless implementation of designs
- Agile & Iterative Design : Contribute to design sprints, usability testing, and iterative improvements based on feedback and data
- Accessibility & Usability : Advocate for best practices in usability and accessibility to enhance the user experience for all users
- Data-Driven Design Decisions : Leverage user behavior analytics, customer feedback, and best practices to inform design decisions
- Documentation & Handoff : Provide clear and organized design documentation and specifications for engineering teams
