We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Store Manager to grow our membership base at Driven CarWash, an emerging express car wash operator with a local presence in the Chicagoland area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Minimize company losses and damage claims while controlling costs
- Identify and resolve customer complaints
- Hire and ensure all employees and managers are trained according to policies
- Maintain constant training of personnel on systems and procedures
- Ensure that a high level of cleanliness is always maintained in the tunnel, customer areas, vacuum lot, and backroom
- Achieve profit goals for the location
- Maintain efficient personnel scheduling
- Maintain vendor relations and build new client relations
- Oversee daily business operations
- Complete all administrative tasks in an organized, timely manner
- Hold meetings to conform with company standards
- Maintain a safe environment and work experience
- Assess performance and skills of all employees and conduct performance reviews

Physical Demands
In performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to stand and walk throughout the workday; use of hands; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stop, crouch, and kneel. The employee may have to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50lbs.
Working Environment
The candidate must perform this job safely by following standard operating procedures without endangering the health or safety of self or others. This position works in a typical outdoor car wash environment. This person must adhere to company safety guidelines and protocols.
