Our company is searching for a Building Maintenance Technician to help maintain our facilities and improve our business. The individual will be responsible for overseeing the continuous improvement of our facilities.

Requirements
- Full-time position
- Ability to show up to work on time
- Ability to paint apartments
- Ensure efficient repair schedules and review repair cost estimates
- Make ready units for new move‐ins- including, but not limited to: painting, carpet cleaning, repairs and maintenance
- Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors
- Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance
- Complete grounds work such as: grounds pick up, sweeping and light landscaping
- Pool maintenance required
Compensation Package Details:
- 2-Bed/2-Bath Apartment= $12,900/year ($6.20/hour)
- Hourly Pay= $22,880/year ($11/hour)
- Total Compensation Package= $35,780/year ($17.20/hour)
Maintenance Technician must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees. One must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
