Seasonal Drivers

Shelby County Co-op is hiring for Seasonal Drivers!

Seasonal Drivers must have a Class A or B CDL to drive our liquid fertilizer and/or dry fertilizer trucks. Drivers will deliver product to the applicator at the customers field. Drivers must be able to read maps or use a navigation app.

Candidates must be willing to work extended hours, 6 to 7 days a week during busy seasons.

Responsibilities:

• Load and handle dry and/or liquid fertilizer, lime and crop protection products (chemicals)
• Deliver NH3 tanks to customer locations
• Deliver dry or liquid fertilizer to Applicator in customers fields
• Maintain accurate records of product delivery
• Maintain trucks and equipment
• Other duties may be assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Climbing in and out of equipment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Bending, lifting, twisting, walking
• Ability to work in the outdoor elements

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
