Position Summary
This position works under general direction of the Manager to perform a variety of clerical duties.Minimum Qualifications
1. Four (4) years of experience in clerical; bookkeeping; data processing; statistical work or a related field; and high school diploma or possess a GED; OR
2. Three (3) years of experience in clerical; bookkeeping; data processing; statistical work or a related field; and one (1) year of college study (30 semester hours or 36 quarters) from an accredited college or university.
3. Experience with staff scheduling and office accounting preferred.
4. PROOF OF EDUCATION; TRAINING; AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Verifies any or all information compiled; analyzed; recorded and maintained.
2. Maintains and determines disposition of all records associated with function of job.
3. Assists the Supervisor/Manager in maintaining accurate records of standard request and documentation submitted.
4. Performs audits periodically of accreditation files.
5. Must possess good public relation skills both telephone and direct contact with clients and co-workers.
6. Assists in the compile and maintain of employee records with the daily administrative operations of the human resource department and interact with employees.
7. Performs other related duties as required or directed.

1. Ability to prepare reports; proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel; Power Point; and Word software applications.
2. Ability to plan; organize and maintain an even flow of work.
3. Ability to spell; punctuate and use grammar correctly.
4. Ability to compose general correspondences; write; and type documents for a variety of needs.
5. Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making.
