Job description
The Client Services Supervisor will drive growth by providing exceptional customer service to our caregivers and clients. Recruiting, sourcing, and scheduling caregivers is essential to the daily role. Developing strong relationships with clients and caregivers while maintaining schedules in a fast-paced competitive environment. This role is challenging and rewarding as we expect this position to be promoted in 6-18 months.
$40,0000-$50,000 Base Salary
Plus, monthly commission with no cap
Responsibilities:
- High volume recruitment to nurses and caregivers
- Problem resolution with best-in-class compassionate customer service
- Drive business growth through recruitment, staffing, and retention to provide the highest quality homecare
- Maintains excellent rapport and interpersonal relationships with clients and caregivers
- Targeted sourcing and recruitment to exceed specific client service request
- Effective communication with all referral sources, clients, and caregivers
- Willing to work in a team atmosphere with all departments and stakeholders
- Prepare recruitment and scheduling reports as requested
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, recruiting, or management preferred
- Prior experience in home care industry is a plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Able to prioritize daily task and handle multiple responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, caregivers, and clients
- Proficient in Microsoft word and excel, knowledge in suite
- Must be able to work after hours and share on-call rotation amongst team
