Outpatient MAT Opioid Treatment Program
Seeking: Case Manager - Targeted Case Manager (TCM) or TCADC Certification Required.
Part Time Hours: Early morning hours offering a great work/life balance:
- Monday - Friday: 6 AM - 2:30 PM
- Occasional Saturday mornings: 7 AM - 9:30 AM

Shelbyville Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) located in Shelbyville, KY, is part of Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers, the leading provider of medication-assisted treatment in the nation. Our clinical team provides compassionate, high-quality counseling and therapy to patients that are seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder.
Your Responsibilities as a Case Manager:
- Responsible for developing, implementing, managing and evaluating patient care plans;
- Collect clinical data, correlate this clinical data and provide clinical input to the treatment team;
- Accurately convey medical criteria and clinical information between the insurance provider and treatment team as warranted;
- Correlate clinical data for the business office as required.
Your Education, Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or related Human Service field.
- 1-2 years of experience working in behavioral health setting. Experience with the population served by the clinic preferred.
- Previous experience in case management and/or utilization review preferred.
- TCM (Targeted Case Manager) certification
- TCADC (Temporary Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor)
- Can be obtained within 30 days of starting
