We are looking for energetic individuals to work daily with children, ages ranging from 6 weeks to PK-4.
Responsibilities :
Communicate and maintain effective relationships with children, parents, and staff
Provide a positive and safe environment for children
Provide a nurturing environment for children
Follow diaper-changing schedules
Follow infant feeding schedules
Provide lessons and opportunities for infants to reach their developmental milestones
Follow all federal and state compliance regulations and guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS :
Associate's degree or (in progress) in Early Childhood or CDA,
Experience working with young children preferred,
Ability to provide a positive environment for children,
All hired staff members will require CPR and First Aid training.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required,
Excellent organizational skills,
Ability to provide a positive, nurturing environment for children,
Ability to be flexible in assignment and work hours,
Provide exemplary customer service.
- Salary Commensurate with experience
Minium Starting Salary is $23,822
