Shelf Theory is looking for our next Installer & Sales Consultant!
We're a small, family-owned company that is growing fast and looking for someone who wants to grow with us. As we grow, you can expect more responsibility and pay. We design and build custom Sliding Shelves, Do hardware upgrades (hinges/slides), install specialty items and units into customers' existing Kitchens, Pantrys, Bathrooms, Laundry Rooms, Garages, and Closets.
* This position is mostly independent work and requires knowledge and skill to install Pull Out Shelves as your primary job role (We train you).
* Person MUST have some kind of experience with Cabinetry, Construction, Handyman, woodworking, etc, experience. (We're not going to teach you how to use a drill or a level).
* Person MUST be presentable, reliable, professional, dependable, and friendly.
* Person MUST have Excellent communication skills and be able to provide customers quotes. No "Hard Sales" or door knocking - We field all phone calls, setup your appointments for installations and estimates for you and the product literally sells itself.
* Normal operating hours are Mon-Fri (some weekends for special events like home shows) 8am to 5pm, and we will work with your schedule if you need something specific or time off for appointments, etc. Most days end earlier than 5pm but there is never a shortage of things to get done.
* We provide everything for you - Company Van, Paid Training, ALL Tools, Laptop Computer, Company credit/gas card, Company shirts, Hats, Business cards, Appointments, etc.
* Paid Company Training.
* Person MUST have a VALID US driver's license.
* Person MUST be willing to travel the greater Phoenix area for installs and quotes each day.
* 100% Uncapped commissions for pay. Yearly Bonuses, Performance based Contests and Competitions. In short, your pay is really up to you, your skill level, and how quickly you can learn. Current people in this exact role are making over 100k per year, so the only limit here is really yourself.
*Position is available now and we are looking to hire and train a new member of our family to replace someone who is retiring.
*PLEASE, Do NOT waste your time or ours. You MUST have experience in construction, woodworking, handyman work, and know how to use common tools.
*Job Types: Full Time, Commission-based, W-2 Work.
