The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing expertise to proactively increase asset availability, reduce downtime, and lower maintenance costs.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing expertise to proactively increase asset availability, reduce downtime, and lower maintenance costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing maintenance strategy to address the root cause of asset failure before significant problems occur
- Overseeing pre-PMs and Knitting/Staging activities to promote successful planned maintenance downtimes
- Conducting routine audits of maintenance execution work to review GMP adherence, completeness, work order accuracy, time allotment, and 5S housekeeping
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of maintenance experience with prior experience working with single phase and 3 phase electricity up to 480V, low voltage (DC voltage), pneumatic machinery/tools, pneumatic and electrical schematic
- Working knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, mechanical, electrical, plant equipment, PLC programming, and HVAC; computerized maintenance management system; Lock Out Tag Out; disconnects, contactors, relays, and power supplies
- Ability to pass a background check per applicable state laws
