**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician
Top Drawer/GO Manufacturing, a leading manufacturer of drawers for ShelfGenie, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a part of Neighborly, we connect customers to skilled service professionals who repair, maintain, and enhance homes and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, electronic components, and pneumatic systems
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to increase asset availability, reduce downtime, and lower maintenance costs
- Oversee pre-PM's and staging activities to ensure thorough and efficient planning
- Conduct routine audits of maintenance execution work to review GMP adherence, completeness, work order accuracy, time allotment, and sponsor/promote 5S housekeeping
- Manage maintenance inventory by adjusting minimum/maximum levels, maintaining critical spare parts, and reducing inventory when possible
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of maintenance experience
- Prior experience working with single phase and three-phase electricity up to 480V, low voltage (DC voltage), pneumatic machinery/tools, and electrical schematic
- Working knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, mechanical, electrical, plant equipment, PLC programming, and HVAC
- Knowledge of computerized maintenance management system and Lock Out Tag Out procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
