Shift Hours: Must be Flexible & On-Call
The Facilities Representative I processes all mail, completes branch runs for the credit union, and assists in facilities department needs.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Consistently meet all Shell FCU Service Commitments; Shell FCU Employee Creed and Shell FCU Service Distinctions.
- Accountable to maintain knowledge of and comply with all applicable rules and regulations required within the scope of duties, including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act.
- Required to attend annual training sessions as instructed or scheduled.
- Pick up and drop off mail to/from the post office for all credit union locations daily.
- Sort and distribute mail including mail received from post office and inner office mail.
- Perform branch runs and sorts, delivers, or prepares for other delivery method as needed.
- Ensure work rooms are adequately stocked mail supplies including envelopes, FedEx supplies, etc.
- Make supply runs as assigned. Maintain and keep supply areas clean and free from trash or empty boxes.
- Responsible for holiday/seasonal storage and delivery. Assist in branch decorating as assigned.
- Responsible for ensuring the credit union’s vehicle maintenance requirements are regularly followed and complete.
- Schedule branch maintenance per preventative maintenance schedules or branch request.
- Assist Facilities Manager in completing tickets as needed.
- Collect bids from vendors for Facilities Manager to review before contract renewal or initiating a new contract.
- Ensure branch storage rooms are neat and organized.
- Notate branch facilities needs during any branch runs or visits.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Job Requirements:

- Must have a valid state issued driver’s license.
- Must have an acceptable driving record.
- Must be insurable.
- Ability to work in an open-concept workspace/environment.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend, stretch, walk, and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift, carry and/or move 50 pounds. Position may require a Fitness for Duty Exam.
Working Conditions
Exposed to all weather conditions, as well as to the many hazards associated with heavy traffic. Must sometimes carry heavy loads, either manually or with the aid of a dolly. May also have to deal with difficult parking situations, traffic, and road construction.
Exposure to potential hazardous conditions-robbery. Employees are to receive detailed instructions and procedures to be followed to minimize risk.
