Restaurant Resort Server
Basic Function
To ensure that all guests have an enjoyable experience while providing high quality customer service.
Responsibilities
- Must adhere to Shell Island Handbook and Standard Operating Procedures
- Provide great customer service
- Must be strong in multitasking, able to server, bartend and expo
- Effective time management skills and ability to think under pressure and assisting restaurant manager
- Maintaining a positive attitude while displaying excellent resolution ability.
- Must have open availability, holidays, evenings and weekends are required
- Working with FOH and BOH staff to ensure food and drinks are delivered in a timely manner
- Perform other departmental tasks as needed
- Must have restaurant experience and be SERV SAFE Certified.
Physical
Job requires standing and walking for up to 8 hours at a time, as well as bending, reaching, stooping and other repetitive motions throughout shift. Ability to carry large serving trays weighing up to 40 lbs. and capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 35 lbs. as needed.
Skills
Must have good personality and exceptional work ethic
Experience
Must have at least one year experience in F&B. Working knowledge of Aloha would be beneficial. All training will be completed on-site.
