Assembly Lead

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembly Lead to join our team! The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills. As an Assembly Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products meet quality standards before they are shipped to our customer. You will also be responsible for safety and productivity goals.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to coach and mentor employees to achieve KPI's.
• Great communication skills
• Assemble products according to specifications and blueprints
• Safety oriented
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and report any defects.
• Ability to learn all areas of the department
• Good math skills
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or similar environment is preferred.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues during assembly.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge/background
• CAD/CAM experience a plus.

• 10 hour shift
• 4x10
• Day shift
• No weekends
