Required Qualifications
- Ability to coach and mentor employees to achieve KPI's.
- Great communication skills
- Assemble products according to specifications and blueprints
- Safety oriented
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and report any defects.
- Ability to learn all areas of the department
- Good math skills
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or similar environment is preferred.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues during assembly.
- Lean manufacturing knowledge/background
- CAD/CAM experience a plus.
