Job Summary:

We are looking for a Septic Installation Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee our septic installation operations.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of septic installations.
• Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Supervise and mentor a team of septic installers fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Promote and enforce a culture of safety on all job sites. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Conduct safety meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and providing regular updates on project status. Ensure client satisfaction with completed work.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to stay within budget without compromising quality.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with other departments and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management.
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid CDL A license.
• Must be reliable and punctual.

· Able to be team player and work well with other team members.

Requirements:

· Plumbing license

· Familiarity with ATU systems

· 3 years verifiable septic experience.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software Builder Trend a plus and Microsoft Office Suite.

· CDL A License Required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000-80,000 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Cape Coral, FL (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Cape Coral, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
