Job Summary:

We are looking for a Septic Installation Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee our septic installation operations.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of septic installations.
- Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Supervise and mentor a team of septic installers fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Promote and enforce a culture of safety on all job sites. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Conduct safety meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and providing regular updates on project status. Ensure client satisfaction with completed work.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to stay within budget without compromising quality.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with other departments and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management.
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid CDL A license.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
· Able to be team player and work well with other team members.
Requirements:
· Plumbing license
· Familiarity with ATU systems
· 3 years verifiable septic experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software Builder Trend a plus and Microsoft Office Suite.
· CDL A License Required.

Pay: $70,000-80,000 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
