Primary Function
The Loss Draft Claims Specialist will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the loss draft claims functions. They will assist with training team members, monitoring internal and vendor reporting, timely processing of day-to-day processes. The Loan Administration Department is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and investor guidelines.
Principal Duties :
- Build, review, and post the daily disbursement batch to the vendor.
- Timely and accurately complete assigned research tasks and exception reports.
- Complete reports and logs to ensure insurance information is current in the system.
- Request payoff quotes as needed.
- Review incoming claim checks as needed.
- Completing assigned responsibilities timely and with minimal to no errors.
- Respond to various email requests from the vendor and internal partners.
- Provide accurate communication with vendors based on research.
- Performs related duties and special projects as assigned by management.
- These essential functions are fundamental to the role, and must be performed on-site, as they cannot physically be performed remotely. In addition, the Company has determined that an in-person presence is important to critical components of our work, including oversight, training, collaboration, and productivity. Items not marked (
