- Job Overview:
- Responsible for performing daily plant operations for the manufacturing of asphalt products.
- Maintain and Manage plant equipment.
- Daily record keeping of productions.
- Perform and maintain calibration, certification, maintenance, upkeep, and cleanliness of plant equipment and facility.
Skills/Abilities
- Basic mechanical skills
- Good communication, and observation skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and as an individual.
- Safe working practices in construction and industrial environments.
- Willing to work overtime and occasional night shifts.
- Possess a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills.
Working Environment:
- Outdoor work.
- Laboratory, Construction, and industrial working conditions.
- Must be capable of physical labor, and lift 50Ibs.
