Shelor Motor Mile has an immediate opening for a full time Account Representative to join our team at CFA Capital. Account Representatives interact with our customers to meet department goals of maximum recovery and minimum complaints, resulting in customer retention and growth of new business.
Job Duties:
To provide outstanding customer service to all CFA Capital customers, to maximize recovery by close monitoring and swift action when accounts are past-due, and to manage all aspects of assigned customer accounts.
Complete daily work lists associated with assigned customer accounts.
Answer inbound customer calls, and assist fellow account representatives when needed.
Act as a back-up for other CFA Capital duties when necessary such as covering the front desk, stocking in vehicles, etc.
Work as a creative problem solver with customers needs.
Requirements:
Excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills
Customer service and follow up experience
Proficient computer skills
High level of professionalism
Ability to follow directions and processes
