Compensation : $16.00 - 18.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Position Summary & Primary Responsibilities :
The leasing specialist is responsible for managing all activities with potential residents and existing residents, including conducting tours, preparing paperwork for potential residents, market surveys, leases and other reports. In addition, this position is responsible for the following :
- Provide tours of individual units and community to potential residents
- Keep records of both phone and walk-in traffic
- Conduct market surveys
- Prepare and process rental applications
- Prepare leases
- Assist compliance team in recertifications
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications
- Process rental applications
