The Locker Room Bartender / Lunch Server is responsible for delivering exceptional service to members by providing both beverage and food service in the locker room area of [Private Golf Club Name]. Key Responsibilities:
Beverage Service:
- Bartending: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests in the locker room, adhering to club standards and personal preferences.
- Special Requests: Take personalized drink orders, including cocktails, wines, and beers, ensuring accurate and prompt service.
- Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized, including replenishing glassware, garnishes, and mixers as needed.
- Alcohol Service Compliance: Verify the age of customers and adhere to all alcohol service laws and club policies.
Food Service (Lunch & Snacks):
- Serving Lunch & Snacks: Take and deliver food orders to members in the locker room, ensuring that meals are served promptly and presented well.
- Menu Knowledge: Maintain a strong knowledge of the club's lunch menu, including daily specials, and provide recommendations based on member preferences.
- Member Interaction: Provide exceptional service by engaging with members, answering any questions about the menu, and accommodating special requests.
