Seeking a self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently to join the agency to connect clients with their insurance needs as well as provide exceptional customer service while earning competitive compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
-Promote and sell insurance policies to potential clients
-Generate leads through networking, direct mail, digital marketing, and phone
-Educate clients on various insurance products and tailor solutions to their needs
-Agency Social Media Marketing
-Provide customer support to policyholders(general insurance questions, assist with claims, etc.)
-Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and policy changes
Qualifications:
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
-Must be licensed or willing to obtain necessary insurance licenses(agency paid)
