Overview
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, computer data entry and the ability to provide exceptional service to our clients.
As a key member focused on sales and growth, you will sell insurance to new prospective clients and provide service to existing clients. Submit changes on existing policies, complete new applications, and process payments while providing friendly customer service for home, auto and life insurance products.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable products
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate terms with potential customers
- Analyze client information to determine the best insurance options available
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
- Networking to reach out to potential clients

Requirements.
- Obtain and maintain insurance licensing. The following lines of authority are required for this position: Property, Casualty and Life.
- A valid driver's license
- Daily computer use, must be comfortable with Windows, email and cell phone communication.
- An openness to learning business strategy, insurance policies, and sales techniques.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing environment
- Provide excellent customer service in person or over the phone
- The ability to prioritize problems or questions as needed.
Merit reviews are conducted quarterly to reward staff with performance-based pay increases. As you continuously grow, your pay will grow too!
This position comes with a base pay, plus bonus potential. Other benefits become available to full- time employees.
