Building Engineer
23.27 / hour minimum starting pay
Job Level : Individual Contributor
What You Will Be Doing :
Install, maintain and repair mechanical systems, including but not limited to HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Pneumatic systems. Maintain and monitor the campus Energy Management System to maximize efficiencies to control costs and increase the useful life of building assets. Provide support and expertise in all areas of Facility Operations and Engineering, including excellent customer service, analytical and problem solving skills. Self motivated with the ability to work well in a team environment or individually.
What We're Looking For :
- Excellent customer service skills for effective interaction with employees
- Self-motivated with the ability to work well in a team environment or individually
- Experience in commercial HVAC, broad knowledge of commercial chillers, cooling towers, heat pumps, heat exchangers, hot water and steam distribution
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without a reasonable accommodation
