Duties

• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and maintain a positive demeanor throughout all interactions.
• Assist with data entry tasks as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for sales and promote relevant products or services when appropriate.
• Support multilingual customers by communicating effectively in both English and any additional languages as required.

Experience

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and customer management.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• A background in sales is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of customer needs and product offerings.
