Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a prompt and courteous manner
- Assist customers with product information, and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Provide product recommendations and assist with upselling opportunities
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Bilingual skills in Spanish is a plus
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
