What You Will Be Doing :
Looking for a career opportunity with an established company driven by innovation, collaboration, and excellence? Join our team as a Customer Services Supervisor. This role supervises and coordinates the hiring, development, production, and performance management of a highly skilled team of CSRs / CARs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role focuses on enhancing the end-to-end efficiency and effectiveness of call center operations, developing employees, implementation of new solutions / functionality and improving employee and customer experience. The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience, obtain. Maintain agent’s P&C producer’s license, preferably within a call center environment, and will positively contribute to Shelter’s customer experience through streamlined operations, leveraging excellent analytical skills, employee development skills and organizational skills.
What We're Looking For :
- Superior coaching, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to use tact and diplomacy necessary to assist in a wide variety of situations
- Ability to obtain and maintain an agent’s P&C producer’s license
- Superior oral communication skills, particularly the ability to listen, understand and explain insurance information to policyholders and others
- Strong interpersonal skills for responding to inquires and complaints
- Ability to operate personal computer, internet, and various software packages
- Must be able to work flexible hours as needed
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
