**Position Overview:**
The Office Manager will oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity within the office. This role requires strong organizational skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be the backbone of our team, supporting both staff and clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Supervise and support administrative staff in their daily tasks.
- Maintain and organize client records, files, and documents.
- Coordinate office supply inventory and procurement.
- Implement and improve office policies and procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for agents.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- Licensing is not required to apply, but continued employment will be contingent on license acquisition during an initial probationary period.
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles preferred, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures is a plus.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
- Customer Service and client experience are our primary focus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
